The main entrance to Villa Roocello is from the front courtyard garden into a magnificent living room. The living room is 100 square meters. This spectacular room was originally used to make olive oil and the olive presses have been retained and restored. There are large sofas and chairs, an open fireplace, dinning table and dinning chairs.
The large fully equipped, eat-in kitchen with Italian granite counters and a large kitchen fire-place adjoins the living area. Also on this level is a bathroom.
The upper floor has another spacious living room with satellite TV and fireplace, the bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Villa Roocello is comfortable throughout the year. The villa has central heating. The central heating is new and has central control panels where the temperature can be thermostatically controlled. The central heating system will certainly keep you very warm in winter, however there are also an additional 3 wood burning fire places for added enjoyment in winter and autumn.
In summer the villa is naturally cool from the insulation of its ancient thick stone walls. The air inside remains beautifully cool and is a haven after a day of sightseeing.
